and biotechnology industry for fifteen years. I am experienced in hands-on
web authoring, publishing aspects of WWW management, site architecture,

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

- PRODUCED: Internet, Intranet,
Extranet sites and Evites (Newsletters).
- DEVELOPED: Web graphics, design/layout
for site architecture, usability studies, and instructional documentation.
Instructional documentation was generated in both printer-friendly
(Adobe Acrobat, PDF) and video (Macromedia Captivate, SWF) formats.
- TRAINING and SUPPORT: Provided
training and support for web authoring tools such as Percussion's
Content Management System (Rhythmyx) for the Dionex Internet and
Intranet sites. Training and support was provided to authors not
only in North American territories, but also in the European locations.
- E-MARKETING: Generated and
designed web emailers/electronic newsletters, sent emailers to customers,
responded to customer emails for both the Webmaster and Editor email
aliases, and managed third-party vendors for this entire process
from beginning to end. Emailers produced Transmission Histories generated
statistical reports that were delivered to the VP of Marketing, as
well as Product, Event, and Marcom managers responsible for the advertised
event. Worked with Information Technology to FTP content from Macromedia
Dreamweaver Templates to the server for e-marketing processes. Inserted
code into the Inbox Marketer graphical user interface and tested
all output for high quality performance and usability.

for the content management system as well as the e-Marketing graphical
user interface.
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Helped
generate and maintained web site content, and worked heavily with
Creative Services
to ensure proper attention to details for all ads to remain consistent
with the look and feel of the sites, emailers, and print work.

and design. Ensured that sites and emailers followed corporate standards
and guidelines, using the Dionex branding style. QAed all web pages
